At the owners discretion, additional visits to the home are conducted to check on the wellness of the home.
Your service provider has been thoroughly trained to look for certain things that could be potentially damaging to the home. They look for evidence of leaks, insect and/or rodent infestation, among other things.
If applicable, we will make sure the air conditioner and/or dehumidistat are operational and functioning properly. We bring a thermometer/hydrometer with us to test levels in your home and compare these levels to how your equipment is reacting to them. We will make adjustments if needed. We will check the filter and replace it when needed if filters are provided by the homeowner.
Items used in the home to control odors, moisture and/or mold are checked for effectiveness and can be replaced when applicable.
A visual inspection of the exterior is performed. We are looking for cracked or broken windows, loose or missing siding or other damage.
If we notice anything out of the ordinary that requires immediate attention, homeowners are contacted by phone during the visit. We can discuss with you how to handle certain situations in a timely manner.
The Homeowner is notified by email or standard mail with 8-20 photographs of the property and a brief narrative of what occurred during the visit. A reminder of the next scheduled visit is included in the report.
Please note that Duey does it!! Services serves in an advisory position only. We do not provide any landscaping or repair services during monitoring visits. Any weed overgrowth or needed repairs are the responsibility of the homeowner.
